Andaman Beach Hotel Phuket - Handwritten Collection, Patong

I had a lovely stay at The Andaman Beach Hotel in Phuket. The front desk was really accommodating, especially when I had to change my reservation. The view from my room was stunning, and the bed was super comfy. However, I was disappointed that house keeping forgot to restock our toiletries during our stay. The hotel is a bit far from the main road, which I actually appreciated for the peace and quiet, but getting back up the hill at night was a workout! Overall, it was a decent experience, especially for solo travelers or couples.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, particularly due to the fantastic staff who made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The hotel's location is decent, close to the beach, but a bit of a trek in the heat to get to the main attractions. The dining options at breakfast were nice but could use more variety. Overall, I appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate my dietary needs, yet the final experience was slightly marred by issues when checking out.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, I loved the spacious and soft bed which allowed me to sleep soundly, and the pool area was always tranquil with plenty of sunbeds available. The location was a blessing, being away from the noisy parts of Patong, yet not far from the beach. On the other hand, I was quite disappointed with the housekeeping service, as my room was not cleaned properly during my stay, which really detracted from the overall experience.

The location is somewhat secluded, which was peaceful, but it made it difficult to access nearby attractions. The dining options were underwhelming, especially the breakfast, which could use serious improvements.

Upon arrival, I was quite let down as the hotel didn't meet my expectations. However, the staff turned my experience around with their incredible hospitality. Despite some housekeeping issues and a disappointing dining experience, I appreciated their efforts. The hotel may not be worth the higher price tag considering the quality.
